Brief description

Among a plurality of technological problems to be solved in flour milling industries, the most important are the preparation of grinding batches and stabilization productivity of the line. Maintaining a constant ratio of grinding batches components and stabilization performance of line, allow us to get a stable product quality and reduce energy consumption. In addition, the ability of automatic mixing in a specified proportion of different grain crops expands the range of manufactured products.

Automated system of making of grinding batches is intended for use on the flour mill for automatic stabilization of the grain-cleaning line productivity. The stabilization productivity of grain-cleaning line is achieved by automatic control of the release of grain from bins, depending on the overall performance and a given ratio of grains from different bins, that constitutes the grinding batch.

Built-in technological streams, grain flow measuring module (mine type) contains the grain flow sensor (GFS) "A 352". The number of units depends on the number of automated bins.
The amount of grain supplied to the grain-cleaning line from each bin is calculated by a PLC, depending on the total productivity of the line and percentage ratio of grain from different bins that is specified by the wait staff. Dosing of grinding batch components is carried out by electrically controlled valves that are installing in the mouths of bunkers. Due to continuous line load control of component supply grinding batch, the procedure of dosing does not depends on the possible variations in the amount of products in bins. Number of valves depends on the number of automated bunkers. Available as a joint (in one construction) as well as a separate (for example, on different floors) flow meters of grain and sectoral valve installation, depending on the availability of space for installation. System operation of compiling grinding batches is possible in two modes: mixing mode and stabilization load mode. In the mixing mode is performed maintaining the amount of grain discharged from the bins, in accordance with a predetermined value and maintaining the overall performance of a given line. In the case of emptying one of the bins the providing of grain from other bins is stopped. In the load stabilization mode the total performance of the line is supported and in the event of emptying one of the bins total performance of the line is supported by an increasing of grain supply from the other bins.

All technological parameters of grain dampening are displayed in alphanumeric and graphical view on-screen operator panel. Entering of control parameters is also carried out from the operator panel with graphical on-screen menu. The operator panel can be installed on the control box in the technological room of the mill, or remotely, for example, in the control room of the mill. Local systems compilation of grinding batches "A-3520" is able to matching with the ACSTP of department or enterprise level.

Multiloop automated system for composing of grinding batches "A 3520" is designed for automatic regulation of grain flow rate from different bunkers in necessary proportions and stabilization production line of grain cleaning while preparation of grain for milling.

  • The principle of the multiloop local automated grain dosing system is based on a calculation the load of each grain supply line for a given composition of the grinding batch and the overall performance of the grain-cleaning line.

    Measurement of the grain flow is made by using the tensometrical converter, which measures pressure of the grain flow to the measuring vane. Embedded microcontroller calculates the grain flow and gives it value in the communication line on request of the master device.

    The number of components milling blends batches, that is given to the grain-cleaning line, is calculated by controller depending on the specific composition of the milling blend batch and total productivity of the grain-cleaning line.

    Dosing of components milling blends batch is carried out by electrically controlled sectoral valves. At the expence of continuous monitoring the load of supply line, of components milling blends batches, dosing procedure is independent of possible differences the number of product in bunkers.

    If necessary, dosing of grain can be switched to manual mode.

    The proposed system is a two-tier system of open type and can be operated in autonomous mode as well as be part of complex automated process control systems for flour mills. For this purpose it is equipped with an RS-232 or RS-485.
